Mrs Bennet wants all five daughters married to single men in possession of good fortunes. But no-nonsense Lizzy is determined never to marry despite pressure from all sides. Even when she meets handsome Mr. Darcy, she believes he is the last man she could ever wed. But as their lives become intertwined, she finds herself captivated by the man she has sworn to hate forever.
