Welcome to Rozelle’s!  

In a beautiful modern space with a menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Rozelle’s is a casual dining restaurant that has a perfect view of the surroundings of Carrick Hill.

With a new interior and a veranda overlooking the grounds, you can bring your friends and family to enjoy a range of dishes inside the restaurant.

You’ll find antipasti, pizzas and a series of dishes cooked in the wood fire oven, brought to you by the Favaro Group, the iconic family renowned for their hospitality, on the menu.  

The Favaro Group, the family behind Chianti and Bar Torino on Hutt Street, have brought a superb offering to Carrick Hill so you can sip on a spritz or enjoy a scone while you enjoy the view of the Carrick Hill gardens.

Offering a wide range of exclusive gifts and souvenirs, as well as Carrick Hill publications, the gift shop is located in the House in what was the housekeeper’s sitting room.

Profits go towards the care and conservation of Carrick Hill. The gift shop can be visited without paying entry to Carrick Hill House.

Picnic time

Discover all kinds of wonderful places to have a picnic at Carrick Hill around the grounds at the back and side of the house, on the stables lawn and on the Storybook Trail.

- No BYO alcohol
- No BBQs
- No spikes from parasols or small pop up tents on the grounds due to potential damage to irrigation systems
