Ursula's Table - Friday Night Dinners

Tabel Catering are hosting Ursula's Table at Carrick Hill each Friday evening from April to June 2021 in the fully heated marquee.
As the weather cools the menu will be updated to include all the winter-warming classics you'd expect. With a great wine list to match and of course Ursulas's favourite gins. 

The kitchen is open from 5pm - 8pm.

Choose from the Two Course Tabel Banquet / $45 per person

Nibble plate to start
- Peking duck puffs, hoi sin
- Mushroom and truffle arancini balls (v)
- Avocado salsa, flour tortilla crisp (ve, gf)

Main Course
- Scotch fillet (served pink) with French mustards, horseradish, shallot jus (gf)
- Smoked salmon, potato cake, horseradish cream, cucumber (gf)
- Roast chicken, grapes, garlic, almond, saffron sauce
Served with a side dish of caramelised carrots, smoked yoghurt, almonds, honey (v)

Vegetarian option available upon booking
Caramelised pumpkin, walnut skordalia, fennel salad, feta (v)

Or the Tabel Platter / $25 per person

Middle Eastern fried chicken (gf), mushroom and truffle arancini (v), aged cheddar with carrot and ginger chutney, pate with pickled watermelon, cured meat, fennel grissini, hummus, olives, housemade sourdough bread and fresh fruit.

For those with a sweet tooth, a salection of delicious housemade cakes will also be available for purchase on the night.
