The Frontyard

The whole garden is designed to take advantage of the sweeping views over Adelaide and Gulf St Vincent as shown in this painting by Adrian Feint. The native bushland of the enclosing foothills completes the picture.

Fragrant tuberoses, along with lilies, orchids, roses and hawthorns, were amongst Lady Hayward's favourite flowers.
